By accessing or using PluginSight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
PluginSight provides a plugin management platform for music producers, including: a desktop scanner application that inventories audio plugins; a web-based plugin catalog and library manager; AI-powered plugin recommendations and chat assistance; preset backup and organization tools.
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the scanner application; use the service to distribute malware; attempt to access other users' data; use automated tools to scrape our catalog; redistribute our proprietary content without permission.
PluginSight and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PluginSight and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on PluginSight are the property of their respective owners. PluginSight is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any plugin developer or audio software company. References to third-party products are for informational purposes only. Plugin artwork, screenshots, and press materials are used in accordance with each publisher's press kit guidelines or with permission. If you are a plugin developer and have a concern about how your product is displayed, please contact us at support@pluginsight.io. Prices displayed on the platform may vary and are updated on a best-effort basis. PluginSight does not guarantee price accuracy. Always verify current pricing on the publisher's official website.
Plugin content including PDF manuals, tutorial videos, and external product links is sourced from manufacturers and third parties. PluginSight does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of such content. Our plugin database is continuously updated - new content is added regularly and may not yet be available for all plugins. If content appears missing or incorrect, it is likely being added shortly. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by incomplete or unavailable plugin content.
Some links on PluginSight (such as "Get Plugin" or "Visit Official Site" buttons) may be affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, PluginSight may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence AI recommendations - the AI recommends plugins based solely on your library and query.
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PluginSight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
